A stylish combination of wind speed and direction is provided with the Maximum Maestro 2-S. You would not expect such a beautiful looking piece of equipment to provide such detailed and accurate information. Displays wind speed, wind direction and highest gusts in MPH and kph. Wind direction is clearly visible on LED’s. Wind speed is self-powered by rooftop sensor; LED’s run off household power pack. Highest gusts are saved on our unique Gust Register, included. With Gust Register, you can monitor highest gusts even when you missed the actual wind blast. Cables, AC adapter, sensors and mounting hardware supplied. Has expanded scale. A toggle switch at the bottom of the case changes your reading from 120 MPH to 40 MPH scale for more dynamic display of wind speed (Gust Register, works only on the 120 MPH scale). Cables, AC adapter, sensors and mounting hardware supplied. Silver or black dial.

6½" Outside Diameter, 2¾" Deep.  Solid brass case, polished and lacquered.  Dials 4¾" Outside Diameter, spun aluminum with black numerals or matte black with white numerals.  Full 250° scale length, pivot and jewel movements, 200 microamps full scale, 450 Ohms resistance with 180°/sec. response rate.  Wind speed Gust Register response rate 75% Vv/5 seconds.  Reset knob clutch torque less than 1 ft. lb., spring loaded.

Maximum, Inc. warrants the weather instruments it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation or use, lightning, or damage attributable to unauthorized service. Nor does this warranty apply if any seal on any instrument is broken. Any defective weather instrument returned to Maximum during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at the option of Maximum, free of charge.
